Assignment Roles for Grow & Accelerate Users

You can now have Appraisers, Review Leads, Trainees and Inspectors assigned on orders that you have stored in Anow to help you better manage everyone associated with a particular appraisal. This allows for multiple appraisers to be assigned on an order, to set commission types based on each associated role, and to restrict  access to different areas of Anow by role depending on your office requirements.

In addition to everything mentioned above, users on the Accelerate plan can also take advantage of the following features:

• Add unlimited Assignment Roles
• Delete Assignment Roles
• Customize the name of new and existing Assignment Roles

Appraisal Order Acceptance Flow & Conditional Acceptance

Elevate your appraisal assignment process with the Appraisal Order Acceptance Flow toolkit, another feature included in the Anow Accelerate package. Give your team members the opportunity to accept, reject, or counter appraisals they are assigned to in Anow.

When you assign an appraiser on an order (when this flow is turned on), the assignee will see the order appear in their Pending Orders area. They can choose to accept, conditionally accept, or decline the appraisal.

The acceptance status of each order will be visible from the main order list view, making it easy to stay updated with just a glance.

Nexus Report Precheck

Rest assured that your appraisal reports are bulletproof and fully compliant when you use the Nexus Report Precheck tool. This new feature was developed specifically to help appraisers be confident in the reports they’re submitting and to help avoid revision requests.

This automated tool instantly identifies outstanding issues in appraisal reports and warns you before you submit them to your client. Simply upload your XML report into Anow to see your results and make any necessary corrections prior to submission.

Please note that there is a cost of 200 Anow Credits for using the Nexus Report Precheck tool, and this feature is currently disabled on Appraisal Direct orders.

Quick Assign Tool

Assign the Primary Appraiser role on an order right from your Anow dashboard!

Stop navigating between order details pages when you need to assign new orders; it takes just seconds to assign appraisers through the Quick View panel. All you have to do is hover over an order from your main dashboard/appraisal list and click the Quick View button:

The Quick View panel will open on the right of the screen. Here you can see all of the pertinent order details including a map view, the appointment date, report type and of course, the Primary Appraiser assigned to the order. To add an assignee all you have to do is click on the settings for the “Assignee” line, and pick the desired appraiser from the list. Now the appraisal is assigned and you can easily close out of the Quick View panel.

You can also re-assign orders from the Quick View panel. Instead of seeing “Click to Set” you will see the existing assignee’s name underlined in blue. Click the name to see your appraiser list and select a new assignee.

Appraisal Direct Integration

The most notable release of the year was the Appraisal Direct program — allowing appraisers to receive orders directly from one of the largest lenders in the United States.

This is an industry first where the lender has a direct relationship with you – the appraiser – through Anow’s technology platform. There is no need to engage with anyone else when you participate in the Appraisal Direct program. You get the benefit of avoiding additional fees while getting steady business from a top lender. All of this can be done directly in Anow, the system that you already know and love.
