Now easier than ever to see what’s owed to you, by seeing your unpaid appraisals!
We’ve had a few requests to make it easier to view which appraisals have yet to be paid, and be able to update which ones have been. We’ve added date range filters in the Analytics for Less than 30 days past the completed date, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, and over 90+ days. This makes is very easy to track what needs to be paid! Make sure you “EXPAND” your appraisals first (green button). Then you will see a list of appraisals and all the filters.
