Introducing: The CompVault!
With only a few days left on the Nexus launch countdown, we wanted to introduce another key feature, and this one is exclusive to the Nexus suite of tools: The CompVault.
The CompVault allows you to easily share your comparables with teammates and notifies you if you’ve used a sale before, giving you the opportunity to pre-fill data and reduce duplicate data entry. Another great thing about CompVault is that it’s an easy, safe and secure way to store your comp details online.
So, how does it work?
Once a comp has been added to the Comps page in Nexus, a “Save to Vault” button will appear just beneath the address, allowing you to add it to the company vault, giving your colleagues access to these comp details.
Now whenever you or someone else from your company is working on a report in Nexus and they create a new comp with the same address that was saved into the vault previously (“90 Lincoln Way, San Francisco” for this example), it will show that there is a match in the vault.
To add all of the details for this saved comp to the report you’re currently working on, select Apply.
The CompVault is a tool that will help your company reduce duplicate data entry, ultimately saving time and allowing for a faster report building process.
