HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO AQUIRE A FLOORPLAN/SKETCH????

  2. Rick Mulderick

Not interested in doing them. They have never worked correctly since 2005, what would change.

NO desktop appraisals unless the fees are more than a conventional appraisal, too much liability.

The link you are directing us to does not explain how we obtain the disinterested source to provide the floorplans to us. Is that going to be something provided like we receive in Hybrids or is on us to hire someone else to get that information to us?

Hey Jenn! Ultimately it is up to the appraiser to source the floorplan for these appraisals. Floorplans can come from country records or a previous appraisal, for example. Stay tuned for future tools from Anow to help even more! 🙂

As long as my base fee remains the same due to my liability. My credential is attached to a value and getting a fee that is the same as an update 1004D is not going to work for me.
